We are seeking a full-time employee to lead our marketing efforts. We are a small, but high-performing team of data scientists, designers, and engineers, working with some of the largest enterprises in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Your work will be hugely impactful in positioning this huge pool of talent!
We help clients navigate the complex landscape of big data and machine learning techniques to determine the best strategies to achieve their business objectives.
As a marketer, you will be instrumental in crafting the Thinking Machines Go To Market message, producing content for our website and social media, and developing engaging marketing creatives that will explain our positioning and appeal to a wide target audience of CxOs at large MNCs, Marketing Directors, and Heads of IT.
You will be our first full-time marketer, so we will need someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute. You really need to understand the ins and outs of digital advertising tools like Google Adwords, marketing operations, campaign and attribution tracking, and more, but be equally comfortable to produce your own creatives in Photoshop, or to write content for a blogpost.
You also need to be equally comfortable diving into the weeds with tools like HubSpot to start our CRM efforts, putting together an overarching Demand Generation strategy, or working with digital agencies for video production.
It is said that running a startup is like jumping off the cliff and then building a parachute before you hit the ground. We expect you to have the drive to learn and develop the skills that are needed to build our marketing capabilities.
Since the startup space can get crazy, we are looking for someone who is up for any challenge and has the initiative to seek out ways to be useful. We move fast, and we expect you to keep up!
